I’m taking part in RBC Run for the Kids to support youth mental health services at Sunnybrook, including the Family Navigation Project

Mental Health is an issue that is very near and dear to my heart, and one that has also touched many of your lives in some way. Fundraising for this worthy cause is only one reason my family and I are participating in this event. Raising awareness, and erasing the stigma attached to mental health issues will bring us one step closer to a healthier world for our children.
