Remembering Isra

Isra was born with a rare genetic surfactant deficiency that didn't allow her lungs to function on their own. Isra spent her entire life of 3 months in the care of Sick Kids. Sick Kids made her time with us memorable and fulfilled, as much as Isra's condition would allow. On November 6, 2010, we all said our goodbyes as Isra left us peacefully. We have so much thanks to give to the staff at Sick Kids for all their efforts, support, and care for our precious daughter who only had so little time with us.
