I’m taking part in RBC Run for the Kids to support youth mental health services at Sunnybrook, including the Family Navigation Project

The RBC Run for the Kids is a unique weekend of running that will support the establishment of Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project. It will be the largest weekend to support children's mental health in Canada! The Sunnybrook Family Navigation Project is a great program that helps families affected by youth mental health issues across Canada. The RBC Run for the Kids takes place September 21 and 22, 2013 and includes three run components – a 5 km run/walk, a 15 km Kids’ Challenge and a 25 km run. I will be participating in the 5K run.
