Commissionaires BC Contribution to Haiti Earthquake Relief

Commissionaires BC is calling on our community to donate to the Haitian relief and recovery efforts. Donating to the Humanitarian Coalition (CARE Canada, Oxfam Canada, Oxfam-Québec and Save the Children Canada) will help with the immediate needs including clean water, shelter, food, and medical aid for thousands of affected individuals. Please take the time to donate to this organization and remember that the Canadian government will match every dollar you donate and so will Commissionaires BC (up to a maximum of $10,000). This means that every $10 donated will result in $40 being sent to Haiti. Donations by cheques can be mailed to The Humanitarian Coalition, c/o 801-595 Howe Street, Vancouver, BC, V6C 2T5 and please note ‘Commissionaires BC’ on the back of your cheque.

Commissionaires/employees may make a donation through payroll deduction (up to four payroll deductions to a maximum of $100). In order to do this you may do any of the following: > download the Payroll Deduction Authorization form located on MYCBC on the forms page, complete it and fax it to 604 681 9864; > contact Jim Billinger at 604 646 3330 E2003 or email billinger@commissionaires.bc.ca with full instructions including your name, ID# and contact information; > leave a message below informing us of your wish for a payroll deduction and include your name, ID# and contact information.
