Wyatt's Warriors Memorial Fund

Wyatt's Warriors Memorial Fund is a fund set up in loving memory of the most brave, strong, handsome little man we have ever known, Wyatt Celsie-Swanton, and is an extension of the Wyatt's Warriors Congenital Heart Defects Foundation of Canada. Wyatt was born Friday April 27th, 2007 with several very severe and rare Congenital Heart Defects, as well as DiGeorge Syndrome. He was the most strong, brave and inspiring little man one could ever meet, and in his short life, he managed to inspire people all over the world with his story. He had an almost unbelievable 5 open heart surgeries, 3 cardiac catheterizations, a tracheotomy, and was entirely GJ Tube fed. He spent 22 of his 24.5 months of life, in SickKids Hospital, yet still managed to have an incredible room brightening smile, through it all. Wyatt sadly lost his fight with his CHD's on Saturday May 16th, 2009. He passed away in his Mummy's arms, and surrounded by those who love him. We miss him terribly, and want to ensure that we not only keep his memory alive, but also that we continue the fight against CHD's, in hopes that one day, no parent will have to lose their child to a CHD again. We will continue to fight the very things that took Wyatt from us far too soon, and continue to share one little Warriors amazing battle story. DID YOU KNOW???
