Humanrights violations in Developed and Developing countries
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights but seem like not in Germany and in Burma.
I saw how the military Regime of Burma tortured. I saw how strong these military regime was and as a girl I got always scared of these policemen and soldiers who raped, young and old..Still, the Burmese people smile while telling a tragic story- The Burmese people do not even have a passport!!!!
Like road of no return, the high way 1 from Yangon to Pegu, where the Tourist travel has cost lost of tears and executions
While the Military getting richer, many peasants are forced to go in Debts, They buy rice and sell to the Government to full fill the Production Quota, while they eat only watery rice soup at home .
There are many Human rights Violations like, forced labor, sexual violations, the plights of women and children
And then I came to a country called Germany of which people around the world badly know the real truth. I saw many human rights violations on the Refugees there in the camps and on their own nationalities, the Germans.
.There is a big Gap between“Regime and Citizens .
As the whole world is only concentrating a goal on developing countries, the whole world didn’t get the right information about the developed countries like Germany
This kind of carelessness has caused many parents in jails, loss of custodies and loss of properties. Many patients in Germany suffered under malpractices and finally lost their lives under depressions or suicides. More about this can be read on my site
My project is called " pay it forward" The help and advice I get can help all the others .Please help me to help the others.
This is the way to say thank you to those who helped us when we had to face many human rights violations

Stop the human shields and human rights violations in BurmaThis project is dedicated to the people of Burma fighting for Democracy, Human rights and Freedom from Military Dictatorship.I made this project to support the people of Burma. In Burma, people have tolerated the hardships for such a long time... . Recently, many peaceful protesters including monks were gun down by the army, killing and injuring many. Such violence and lack of peace do not agree with any religion, nor any standard of life. Please help me to help these people Burma! To ACT NOW you can also check www.witness.org/shootonsight. Video advocates BURMA ISSUES travel deep into the jungles of eastern Burma to document one of the world's most urgent and most forgotten emergencies.Burma's military regime recruits more child soldiers than any other country in the world, destroying 3,000 villages in eastern Burma, and forcing 1.5 million refugees to flee. The people of the Southeast Asian country of Burma are locked in one of the world's great freedom struggles. The country's military rulers, the State Peace and Development Council, have run the country with an iron fist for the past 15 years, after they assumed power from a 26-year socialist dictatorship. Recently Burmese ruling military junta urgently washed blood and repaired Buddhist temples which was destroyed during mid-night military operations on Burmese monks who peacefully led demonstrations throughout Burma, and substituted the monks arrested with fade monks created by military.Karens and Mons mostly face alot of humanrights violations while many humanrights violations are still done to the people in Rangoon through many other ways by banning passports and cancelling passports applications, rejecting resignations at jobs.
In much of Asia a dry season could mean a break from monsoon rains and intermittent floods but for the Karen ethnic community, settled along Burma's eastern borders, it means a season of death, destruction and flight."
Season of Fear was filmed in October/November 2005 in communities of internally displaced people in northern Karen State, Burma who had fled the Burma military offensive that swept through the area. Troops burned villages and food stores, and tortured and killed villagers. This offensive has only escalated since the video was filmed, with up to 20,000 soldiers sweeping across swathes of eastern Burma.
In a country where the authorities show zero tolerance of even the slightest criticism, such public displays of defiance have not been seen for almost 20 years.
I am here to get help for this nations , that there will be no more torture, nor more rapes, nor more human shields and no more porters for areas full of land mines.I wish to get help for this nation that no more parents, siblings and relatives have to cry for their sons and daughters who were killed , tortured and ill treated.I wish the internation human rights watch can stop these terrible interrogation centers , prisons , labor camps, disappearance after the release from jails of burmese students and political activists and much more .I hope to get sponsor to start this project to stop humanrights violations in these areas.
Between February and end of November 2006 over 27,000 people have been freshly displaced from their homes and 5000 have fled to refugee camps to Thailand, following a series of offensives by the Burma military. Week by week the numbers grow, and there is an urgent need for international action by the UN Security Council to address the situation.
Burma has the worst crisis of internal displacement in Asia. There are already over 500,000 other people who were already internally displaced in eastern Burma, on the run from the brutal military of Burmese leader Than Shwe, or living in forced relocation sites. In the past decade over 3000 villages have been destroyed or relocated in eastern Burma.

“Human rights” refer to those fundamental rights and freedoms essential for human survival, liberty and dignity that have been recognised by the global community and protected by international legal instruments.
Human rights are universal. They are the birth-right of every man, woman and child.
Below are some links where you can read more about Human rights Violations in Germany behind the shining facades of sheep in wolf skin
The Federal Republic of Germany is a constitutional parliamentary democracy; citizens periodically choose their representatives in free and fair multiparty elections.
But Civilian authorities maintained effective control of the security forces. State governments are primarily responsible for law enforcement, and the police are organized at the state level.
There have been instances in which police committed human rights abuses. A well-developed industrial economy provided citizens with a high standard of living.
The population was approximately 82 million.
The Government generally respected the human rights of its citizens(so it is told in the whole world) but there were problems in many areas, the law and judiciary provided effective means of addressing individual instances of abuse.
There was some government and societal discrimination against minority religious groups. Instances of societal violence and harassment directed at minority groups and foreign residents continued, and the Government at times did not provide adequate protection.
I personally experienced many Human rights Violations in Germany together with my family.I met many people who were sitting and who are still sitting in the same boat and trying to shout for help .
But No one hears that because real news were and are stopped behind the well known, well developed!? Germany . Human Right Violations in Germany: Freedom of Opinion, Information, Association, Family Life and Right to Fair Trial is needed urgent.
The German Constitutional Court often does not give about Freedom of Information and violates Article 6 The same problem exists for Petitions as there is no right to a fair answer
On December 10, 1948 the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Afterwards many binding international conventions were signed to secure human rights. Germany has among other signed the following conventions:
• European Convention of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (ECHRFF)
• International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).
• But seems like Germany has no need to keep what once was signed
• Access to information is limited for patient files. A violation of Article 19 of the ICCPR. Who is responsible that patient rights are insufficient in Germany?
The forced membership in the German lawyers bar (Rechtsanwaltskammer) violates Article 20 (2) of the UN Declaration of Human Rights ("No one may be compelled to belong to an association.").
• Lawyers who are critical to the German legal system can be fired from the bar with the help of a monopoly dating back to a law on legal advice from 1935, which means a Berufsverbot.
• The German bar (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer) is the secessor (see § 233 BRAO), of the Reichs-bar (Reichs-Rechtsanwaltskammerder) from 18. March 1933 and constituted (Reich-Rechtsanwaltsordnung) on 13. December 1935. The lawyers bar in Cologne tries (See Krumbiegel Scandal) to fire a lawyer, who promotes Human Rights and his clients interests in clear words. Many citizens protest:
We had a chance to see the reality about the malpractice in Education, on Patients, Refugees and Homeschoolers, the religious parents and divorced men in Germany .
we documented single cases since years.Today, we are Refugees of Germany in Canada.Because all these facts underneath are Human rights violations occurring in Germany .
We tried to talk to several Amnesty Org and they informed us that they estimate that there are more than 90 countries in the world that systematically practice torture and we would say Germany practise that in a well
Planned systematically procedure at the behind of the shining facades .
It is shocking to see that many kids are the victims of torture through German Regime .
In Germany children have increasingly become the target of aggressive regime.
It is alarming that German kids are becoming victims of the Regime.
Organized violence like in Germany affected our children in numerous ways and can be viewed as direct trauma .
As torture means any act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, and we think many german kids and parents had to go thru many torture thru many ways.
(Article 1, UN Declaration Against Torture, 1975)
"No State may permit or tolerate torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment and we think Germany had done lots of inhuman or disregarding treatment and we think they are not scare to punish those who say the truth.
(Article 3, UN Declaration on the Protection of All Persons from Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, 1975)
Organized violence includes "torture...cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment" as in Article 5 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Organized violence includes imprisonment which many homeschoolers parents have to face
Torture is a crime against humanity and people there have been facing that since years and we experienced that as a strategic effective weapon against democracy because its purpose is to control populations by destroying individual leaders and frightening entire communities , the same like in Burma
No one ever dare to tell the truth about Germany and we think we too, we are scared but someone has to stand up and speak if he wants to change the world.
The German Government place people in closed Psychiatrics for their own reasons and remove Custody as a punishment for Home schooling as a result of belief in God, Religion, Family and Education.
We witnessed the violations of most of the universal declared human rights which were adopted and proclaimed by general assembly resolution 217(III) of 10th Dec 1948 and also the violation of the Rights of the Children, the resolution 44/25 of 20th Nov 1989
We witnessed and experienced the lack of freedom of speech, belief, thought, conscience and religion, which actually were proclaimed as the highest aspiration of common human
We did not experience the right to life, liberty and security of person and witnessed a sort of slavery which is still practised .We experienced the interference with our privacy, family, home , correspondence, and also attacks upon our honour and reputation though family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State and as everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks we are applying for the protection claim
We had to face persecution as children were not protected and assisted for the harmonious development of their personality to grow up in a family environment with happiness and instead the children were threatened to be punished on the basis of the status of the belief’s of the parents and best interests of the children was and will never be a primary consideration. for German Regime.
Though Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country but if we return to Germany we may have to face the imprisonment, torture, cruel , inhuman or disregarding treatment and punishment for telling the world the truth about the country and also for caring for our sick children and home schooling them as we do not have the right to recognition as a person before German Laws and the country has often arbitrarily deprived people’s property Like many other in Germany we were criminally deprived because of the moral bankruptcy of German Leaders who proved unable to offer their flocks any better security and protection in Germany
And what do the Refugees in Germany say about Germany? They explained their experiences in a simple way .
Germany is a mafia like structure and those who are weak and want to go on their own way are abused and tortured.
Germany is the only country in Europe where refugees are criminalized by the law of the movement restriction , so how can we trust such a country who abuse and torture the weakest and poorest and the needy people who are looking for Asylum there.
In those days ,Hitler used very powerful propaganda techniques to convince not only the German people, but countless others, and we think Germany is still using this way to convince the whole world and they are successful .
They eliminated the people who stood in their way and the degenerates and racially inferior, they - the great Germans would prosper. And this powerful propaganda techniques still convince the German Beurocrats and they abuse, torture and send off to Psychiatric Units all those who stood in their way and this is not the past , but the present and future of Germany
It is estimated that around 60,000 German refugees entered Britain in the years leading up to the outbreak of the second world war. These were mainly Jews and left-wing opponents of Hitler who had escaped from Nazi Germany and ever since nobody took a notice what ‘s still going on there but we have been following news since 1938 and upwards and we have seen no changes since the Hitler days; except that Hitler has died but his ways and laws and regulations were still practised in a modern way
People used to say Germany has Refugees and they are the helpers for Refugees and this kind of country would never persecute their own people!!!
How come that there are lots of Germans looking for protection in other countries?
Germany accepts refugees from other countries which they shouldn’t be as these refugees do not get that kind of help they need
Because the whole world ignored what was going on in Germany , Holocaust came.
Witch hunting , holocaust and now the German bureaucrats are using their power to destroy families, children, the weak , the sick, the intelligent and the Christians
Judges and politicians are in denial about the benefits also of homeschooling in Germany and are determined to enforce the law.
But Germany seems not to know that evidence shows that homeschoolers score higher in almost all categories when tested against public or state-educated students. That shows us the wrong propaganda ways in Germany like in Hitler days
CONCLUSION is that " there is no contrast between one period of history when the whole Jewish population, disable people , the sick, the weak, the dark and the poor , etc were persecuted by one powerful ruler of the time; Hitler .and the modern day problems when homeschoolers, Christians , the sick, the poor, the disable are persecuted by the powerful rulers of Germany .
Many families become homeless and poor and lost every procession they had as they are criminally deprived because of the moral bankruptcy of German Leaders who proved unable to offer their flocks any better security and protection in Germany and they still do not avoid making similar mistakes in times and places not far from Nazi Germany in 1937"Please help me to stop this kind of humanrights violations .
