Am so excited to be involved with GCYS. We're creating something hugely positive here...how luscious is that?!
My stretch goal is to do a daily yoga practice every day in May (60 minutes minimum...yikes!) The stretch here for me is less about the physical challenge, but moreover finding (and allowing myself) that hour every day. I can't wait to see what opens up for me in doing that challenge.
