Racing to Save Lives!

Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
So, this year I promised myself to get involved with a good cause that was related to fundraising, running and cancer research.

Why?
My uncle when I was little, then at 19 my twin brother Winson passed away from cancer...(I'm saving a big big run for him later) my best friend Cindy in grade 9, my co-worker.... that's why. This run in particular is for my bestfriend in grade 9 -she's a survivor [insert Rocky music here].

I am training to participate in the BMO Vancouver Marathon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada's Team In Training.

All of us on Team In Training (see as pictured above - dedicated! We even run in the snow!) are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I'm completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
