Sears National Kids Cancer Ride 2008

Thank you for supporting the Sears National Kids Cancer Ride 2008.

The Sears National Kids Cancer Ride recently concluded its first year event that we

hope will be provide sustainable support for children and teenagers with cancer in

Canada. The funds raised from the Sears National Kids Cancer Ride, the national

cycling event from Vancouver to Halifax, are designated through the Canadian Council of

Pediatric Hematology Oncology Organization (CCPHOD) and local funds raised are

designated through the local Pediatric Oncology Hospitals.

The support your organization provides to families of children with cancer is valuable and

necessary and provides to the important health and wellness aspect of the family unit,

critical with this often long-term illness. Please feel free to reach out to us in the fall of

2009 if some of your volunteers may be available to help us in the orchestration of the national event

for next year.
