On International Human Rights day, December 10th, I'll be joining thousands of people across Canada and around the world to write letters in support of human rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood but seems like in germany this article is not seen by the german goverment when they signed on 10 th December 1948. Article 2 1. How come that little kids are picked up by many police officers in the name of Youth Welfare?How come that kids are put into pyschiatrics without their will? Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks. (we experienced and witnessed just the opposite of this ) Article 16 1. Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution(which is also not respected when it comes to divorce ) arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality. Article 16 3. The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State. But the truth us that families in Germany need to be protected by internations help from being abused and tortured by the German regime . Article 17 2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property. Then how come that most of the Homeschoolers in germany lost everything they had???? Article 18 Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance. Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.Freechoice of Employment?? Where? In Germany?? If you do not accept the job they offer you you are punished in a very bad way 2. Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.And if it is so why is that eastern Europenas are kept and paid as slaves , per hour 5 euros?? Article 25 1. Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control. And again it is not repected as we do not have a right to a standard right of living adequate for the health and well being of ourselves as the country takes away most of your earnings. Germany's "church tax" system of ecclesial financing, which has made its churches among the richest in the world- Roman Catholics and those who belong to the Landeskirchen have an additional tax -- the equivalent of 9 percent of the income tax -- taken out of their pay where they work while the citizen are hungry and cold. We still have Germans without electricity and warm water while German Priests are paid for their concubine. Scandals in the Roman Catholic Church in Germany is financed thru citizens money and those are less punished than we, selfless, innocent parents who want to home school their kids on their own costs we would like to point you out that there is no contrast between one period of history when the whole Jewish population, disable people , the sick, the weak, the dark and the poor , etc were persecuted by one powerful ruler of the time; Hitler .and the modern day problems when homeschoolers, Christians , the sick, the poor, the disable are persecuted by the powerful rulers of Germany .Many families become homeless and poor and lost every procession they had as they are criminally deprived because of the moral bankruptcy of German Leaders who proved unable to offer their flocks any better security and protection in Germany and they still do not avoid making similar mistakes in times and places not far from Nazi Germany in 1937 German politicians seems to have more interest in all other subjects than the future of GERMAN KIDS The German states has the authority to abuse the Children though Human rights Convention forbids any kind of abusing on children or on human beings Have you ever hear about this case?(stolen kids?), Where the government told the kids that their mom is dead and so is the father and that the government has a Good Foster home for the kids instead. This kind of wrong statement are often done by German government to wash the poor kids’ brains .It is quite easy to cheat little kids in Germany by German government as Judges, the court and the authorities are one gang who is working against parents and families to destroy the happy childhood in Germany http://www.borgartz-kinder.de/ The children are known as the weakest in our society and I feel as if no one is really interested to do something better to do for German kids, in any case, not the ones from very higher class(the government) I rather believe in a Santa Claus than a fair justice for Families in Germany .I wish that very much for that country as that country is still holding this dark names of the Past as it never wants to change its’ bad habits and laws and regulations and power without any fair justice. A country like this where there are Authorities like Youth Welfare Office of Germany ,Actually youth Welfare Offices are not bad at all if they would be qualified enough to do their job but the ones in Germany are not at all qualified to work for families And a country which has such offices and authorities who can use their power to take away kids from families without any reason is not a FREECOUNTRY In Germany , family life is not secure and safe anymore , unless you belong to the court or judges or police officers or Youth welfare or to the ministers. I would rather say , the refuse removal departments work cleaner than the German Government with expensive cars and offices and suits. They lie whenever and where ever they have a chance to lie. If your complaints would ever reach to the board of supervisors of authorities , they would send you back within one week without asking for any kind of any person who can witness the case .Mostly or even 99% of the competent officials (whether they re competent or not) they always win the case. How does the Youth welfare authorities in Germany work? They are not in the democratic public opinion but they operate as a independent executive body of the communal self government. The authorities perform as expert assistance for Family and Guardianship Courts. The courts in Germany follows what these experts’(whether they are qualified enough or not, they call themselves expert)advice or suggest So called EXPERTS are not liable for the consequences of the operation which were done thru their word, advices and suggestions. These Youth Welfare Authorities who call themselves EXPERTS have the legal authority to rob the civic rights without any competence or with competence I can just say YES to what Mr wildhaber from EU humanright Commission said about German Government. German Government violates the Human Rights and Children’s Rights by ignoring them. It seems like Germany doesn’t want to belong to International Community Now I will start counting the Victims of Youth Welfare Authorities and Judges and Courts of Germany (this may be 1% of all the victims but sorry I do not have time to count all the victims as you may need to read my manuscript and produce a film out of it as it may take years to count the victims of German teachers, authorities, Government, Doctors and Priests) 1.Pascal Meiering (the victim of Youth Welfare Authorities of RASTATT Germany (where they twisted and turned the laws and cheated the parents and grandparents of the child) 2. This lady here wrote “ I wish that this youth welfare officers would be punished and also that their offices are closed forever. I don’t want to say anything what I really wish them .Is that O.k. what is going on here in Germany?“ I lost my daughter , my job, my house and now I live from Social assistance .They country charge me for taking my child away. I have to pay for that my child is taken away from me .And that is monthly 3000DM “ The was about the case of Hart mut Grund from lauterbach Hessen and worst of all the 3 Executors grabbed the 3 sleeping kids out of their beds. Is that they way to treat children? Where are Human rights here ? 14. The Government constantly ignore the reality and refuse to make any protections for such families or not interested in preventing such miseries on families. 15. The whole family broke down under the threats and accuses of the German Government Family Kauk in Kassel 16.The daughter likes to snuggle with her parents and the loving way of the parents to the daughter was seen as sexual abuse and took away the custody and the child without listening to the parents The parents had to kidnap their own kid out of the Children’s Home That was the case from family Bachmann from Münster 17. The Government changed the child’s name after taking away the child from own parents and Parents had to accept that the child is no longer Laura Wesphal . instead Laura XXX 18.The Drs attested that the child has the Glasbone:sickness .The father was arrested under wrong accuse .The child used to have blue rashes and the government suspected the father without listening to the Father , giving him a proper chance to defend mself . 19.Aleaxnder died on the 27th of November last year .His last word was!”Mam”The 3 Foster kids were tortured , abused and no Youth Welfare was there to control the house ( why not?) Because the Foster home was the one Government has chosen .What German Government does is always correct and no one needs to control it. Right? Sure it is not correct, everyone knows that but no one has the right of power to change that kind of torture as German regime is still holding the Hitler Power. and still following Hitler ways. 20. Phsycically abused thru Police and Youth welfare .And who is going to punish these Criminals who are paid by Government? Sent by Government to destroy the innocent families .To take away the kids who are not abused by the Parents? In Germany every one can blame about everyone anonymously for every single reason which is not even worth to write about it here. And the Police and government takes on action for such things without any witnesses, without the victim has a chance to defend himself . In this case the neighbour complained about the noise made by kids , and the police kicked the house door and went in and put the hands on the mouth of the children as they used to do to also to refugees in Germany and then they took away the kids from their parents away .The children were still in pyjamas and the police put the kids in the police car as if they were criminals and put on the handcuffs too. That case was known as the case from Family Rasche 21.And what about the case of Heinrich twins? The twins were so small for their age and for that the parents looked for help at the Hospital and the answer was that “ cuz the twins are underweight they took away the kids” Today they are living with the Foster family. 22.A security officer abused sexually his daughter and the neighbourhood kids and he was arrested for 5 years. ONLY FIVE YEARS!!! International Covenants on Human Rights, proclaimed and agreed that everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth therein, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status, Recalling that, in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations has proclaimed that childhood is entitled to special care and assistance, (And there we go , the children are persecuted and tortured by german states Convinced that the family, as the fundamental group of society and the natural environment for the growth and well-being of all its members and particularly children, should be afforded the necessary protection and assistance so that it can fully assume its responsibilities within the community, Recognizing that the child, for the full and harmonious development of his or her personality, should grow up in a family environment, in an atmosphere of happiness, love and understanding, (Because some parents like us gave such kind of happiness and love to the kids we were torture, persecuted, fined and lost nearly everything and we are not the only ones .There are many more out there waiting for your help Considering that the child should be fully prepared to live an individual life in society, and brought up in the spirit of the ideals proclaimed in the Charter of the United Nations, and in particular in the spirit of peace, dignity, tolerance, freedom, equality and solidarity,(And how can they learn to tolerate if German government doesn’t know how to tolerate the Christians , homeschoolers and the sick and the weak Bearing in mind that the need to extend particular care to the child has been stated in the Geneva Declaration of the Rights of the Child of 1924 and in the Declaration of the Rights of the Child adopted by the General Assembly on 20 November 1959 and recognized in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (in particular in articles 23 and 24), in the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (in particular in article 10) and in the statutes and relevant instruments of specialized agencies and international organizations concerned with the welfare of children, Bearing in mind that, as indicated in the Declaration of the Rights of the Child, "the child, by reason of his physical and mental immaturity, needs special safeguards and care, including appropriate legal protection, before as well as after birth",(and where is this protection coming from? From the states or from the parents?. German states destroy all families who follows the human rights ) PART I Article 1 For the purposes of the present Convention, a child means every human being below the age of eighteen years unless under the law applicable to the child, majority is attained earlier. Article 2 1. States Parties shall respect and ensure the rights set forth in the present Convention to each child within their jurisdiction without discrimination of any kind, irrespective of the child's or his or her parent's or legal guardian's race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national, ethnic or social origin, property, disability, birth or other status. (German government violates this rule as they do not respect the children religion, opinions and disability 2. States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to ensure that the child is protected against all forms of discrimination or punishment on the basis of the status, activities, expressed opinions, or beliefs of the child's parents, legal guardians, or family members. ( there we go again. The twins are tortured and abused because the German Government didn’t respect the belief of their Parents and activities and German government violates this law again because they want to punish the twins for this Article 3 1. In all actions concerning children, whether undertaken by public or private social welfare institutions, courts of law, administrative authorities or legislative bodies, the best interests of the child shall be a primary consideration. Is this a primary consideration of a child to separate from their parents and to force them into closed psychiatrics and to force them to public schools though they don’t get educated in German public schools? 2. States Parties undertake to ensure the child such protection and care as is necessary for his or her well-being, taking into account the rights and duties of his or her parents, legal guardians, or other individuals legally responsible for him or her, and, to this end, shall take all appropriate legislative and administrative measures. 3. States Parties shall ensure that the institutions, services and facilities responsible for the care or protection of children shall conform with the standards established by competent authorities, particularly in the areas of safety, health, in the number and suitability of their staff, as well as competent supervision. Yes but not to take away child’s safe and secure homes and to take many actions of malpractice on the children Article 4 States Parties shall undertake all appropriate legislative, administrative, and other measures for the implementation of the rights recognized in the present Convention. With regard to economic, social and cultural rights, States Parties shall undertake such measures to the maximum extent of their available resources and, where needed, within the framework of international co-operation. Article 5 States Parties shall respect the responsibilities, rights and duties of parents or, where applicable, the members of the extended family or community as provided for by local custom, legal guardians or other persons legally responsible for the child, to provide, in a manner consistent with the evolving capacities of the child, appropriate direction and guidance in the exercise by the child of the rights recognized in the present Convention. Did they respect us as Parents? Did they provide us help for our disable child? The child with a high IQ? They didn’t respect our rights instead they abused and tortured our children and us Article 6 3 1. States Parties recognize that every child has the inherent right to life. 2. States Parties shall ensure to the maximum extent possible the survival and development of the child. Yes the child has a right to life and right to survive from such abusing done by the German Government Article 7 1. The child shall be registered immediately after birth and shall have the right from birth to a name, the right to acquire a nationality and. as far as possible, the right to know and be cared for by his or her parents. And why are there so many cases where the German government make wrong statements and tell the kids that their parents have died and put the kids to Foster Homes?? 2. States Parties shall ensure the implementation of these rights in accordance with their national law and their obligations under the relevant international instruments in this field, in particular where the child would otherwise be stateless. Sometimes children have to flee and become stateless because they are abused by that Sates Article 8 1. States Parties undertake to respect the right of the child to preserve his or her identity, including nationality, name and family relations as recognized by law without unlawful interference. 2. Where a child is illegally deprived of some or all of the elements of his or her identity, States Parties shall provide appropriate assistance and protection, with a view to re-establishing speedily his or her identity. Protection is the only thing our children and victims of Germany never received Article 9 1. States Parties shall ensure that a child shall not be separated from his or her parents against their will, except when competent authorities subject to judicial review determine, in accordance with applicable law and procedures, that such separation is necessary for the best interests of the child. (yes, and what about wrong accuses and statements done thru German States parties as the citizens are discriminated to get the rights they should get and they just separate the kids from parents who criticize them or point them out their mistakes) Such determination may be necessary in a particular case such as one involving abuse or neglect of the child by the parents, or one where the parents are living separately and a decision must be made(is it a child abuse to homeschool?Is it a child abuse to teach him about God? Is it a child abuse to care for the disable child; victims of German Doctors?) as to the child's place of residence. 2. In any proceedings pursuant to paragraph 1 of the present article, all interested parties shall be given an opportunity to participate in the proceedings and make their views known. 3. States Parties shall respect the right of the child who is separated from one or both parents to maintain personal relations and direct contact with both parents on a regular basis, except if it is contrary to the child's best interests.And why are many children whom I am going to name later on seprated and never received a proper chance to see their parents ? though the parents have done nothing wrong at all??) 4. Where such separation results from any action initiated by a State Party, such as the detention, imprisonment, exile, deportation or death (including death arising from any cause while the person is in the custody of the State) of one or both parents or of the child, that State Party shall, upon request, provide the parents, the child or, if appropriate, another member of the family with the essential information concerning the whereabouts of the absent member(s) of the family unless the provision of the information would be detrimental to the well-being of the child. States Parties shall further ensure that the submission of such a request shall of itself entail no adverse consequences for the person(s) concerned. Instead German Government would accuse home schooling parents wrongly and let them have imprisonment and while this , they try to put the kids to Foster homes and tell them that Parents have no interest in them any more How many times German government lied these things to Kids who are separated from their parents though the parents have never abused their own kids? We remember one friend who has made suicide after years .He and his brother were the victims of Germany too .They both were home schooled in the year 1967 and both of them were sent to Children’s Home and they grew up there .They become alcoholics and started to destroy their lives as the states had destroyed their families while they were young .They both had to go many therapies and finally one made a suicide. Because our fundamental rights and freedom , moral and health assistance were violated , we had to flee. Article 15 1. States Parties recognize the rights of the child to freedom of association and to freedom of peaceful assembly. And how come that German Government has more power than the Parents for upbringing and development of the child. And why does the German government ignore the interest of the child and its basic concerns ??Why do they abuse kids morally? Why do they cause kids nightmares 2. For the purpose of guaranteeing and promoting the rights set forth in the present Convention, States Parties shall render appropriate assistance to parents and legal guardians in the performance of their child-rearing responsibilities and shall ensure the development of institutions, facilities and services for the care of children. 3. States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to ensure that children of working parents have the right to benefit from child-care services and facilities for which they are eligible. Article 19 1. States Parties shall take all appropriate legislative, administrative, social and educational measures to protect the child from all forms of physical or mental violence, injury or abuse, neglect or negligent treatment, maltreatment or exploitation, including sexual abuse, while in the care of parent(s), legal guardian(s) or any other person who has the care of the child. And what if mental violence and maltreatment is done by the German government and German Doctors, where does the child get the protection from???That is our case!! The country did the violation and maltreatments and we do not get protection there instead they abused, followed and tortured our kids and us Article 22 1. States Parties shall take appropriate measures to ensure that a child who is seeking refugee status or who is considered a refugee in accordance with applicable international or domestic law and procedures shall, whether unaccompanied or accompanied by his or her parents or by any other person, receive appropriate protection and humanitarian assistance in the enjoyment of applicable rights set forth in the present Convention and in other international human rights or humanitarian instruments to which the said States are Parties. We think our kids are luckier than those who are seeking for refugee in Germany as they are agin morally abused and tortured and neglected According to our problems our children need the protection from such a country like Germany which has caused children’ nightmares, loss of possessions, and most of all their grandparents who are left behind in Germany Article 23 7 1. States Parties recognize that a mentally or physically disabled child should enjoy a full and decent life, in conditions which ensure dignity, promote self-reliance and facilitate the child's active participation in the community (again, that is not known to German regime) 2. States Parties recognize the right of the disabled child to special care and shall encourage and ensure the extension, subject to available resources, to the eligible child and those responsible for his or her care, of assistance for which application is made and which is appropriate to the child's condition and to the circumstances of the parents or others caring for the child. 3. Recognizing the special needs of a disabled child, assistance extended in accordance with paragraph 2 of the present article shall be provided free of charge, whenever possible, taking into account the financial resources of the parents or others caring for the child, and shall be designed to ensure that the disabled child has effective access to and receives education, training, health care services, rehabilitation services, preparation for employment and recreation opportunities in a manner conducive to the child's achieving the fullest possible social integration and individual development, including his or her cultural and spiritual development there we go again, German Government would destroy all the chances that disable child could have by sending him to a normal Handicap school with under qualified teachers that such kids turned out to be an alphabets of Germany .And that is one of the reasons why we invested our love and time and money on our children to homeschool that the have the same right like other children to have education And mayn more can be revealed if one would take time and watch on the criminal activites of German regime, states drs, youth Welfare and also the priests of germany
