Dear Friends, Thank you to all that have supported me so far and a getting to 25% of my goal within the first week! That said, with less than 3 weeks left, I still have 75% of my goal to achieve and really need your help!! As many of you are aware, I am the President for Jeunesse J’Ecoute’s Montreal Council and I participate in this annual event to support Kids Help Phone. Thanks to your generous support, I have was able to raise over $ 13,000 last year!! This year I have set my Goal to $ 15,000! In my role as part of the Montreal Council, I have the privilege to work with many wonderful people who are there 24/7, 365 days a year to listen, support and help kids in need. The “Kids” we are there for could be your child; a child you know; a child of someone you know; or a child you don’t know – Does It Matter?! As a father of two wonderful children, and great kids; I am concerned by the ever increasing social pressures that children continue to face; knowing that Kids Help Phone is there to lend an ear and support, eases my concerns and hopefully yours as well.
