Thank you for your interest in the 2011 MLB All-Star Charity Dance Party also known as MLB All-Star Charity Dance-A-Thon. The event, originally scheduled for July 9, has been cancelled.
All registration fees and charitable pledges will be automatically refunded in full within approximately 10-15 business days. Fans do not need to submit any refund requests; the reimbursement transactions will be done automatically.
The goal of this charitable event has always been to raise a significant amount of money for our three outstanding charitable partners that are helping to lead the fight against cancer (Stand Up To Cancer, Susan G. Komen For the Cure, and Prostate Cancer Foundation). Unfortunately, as we have been organizing this event, it became apparent that we weren't going to be able to raise a meaningful amount of money for the cause. Instead of hosting an event that doesn't deliver on its mission, we are focusing our efforts on our many All-Star community initiatives designed to give back to the greater Phoenix community.
We stand with our charitable partners in supporting their important work and hope you will join us.
