Team Diabetes is the national activity fundraising program for the Canadian Diabetes Association. They promote healthy living while raising vital funds in support of the more than 9 million Canadians living with diabetes or pre-diabetes. For this reason Slimband has decided to join Team Diabetes Canada.

The funds raised help the Association deliver on its mission to lead the fight against diabetes by helping people with diabetes live healthy lives while we work to find a cure.
