We are a group in Toronto that is trying to bring young adults of different faith and philosophical backgrounds to come together to work on the common goal of eradicating deaths due to malaria. We have chosen Malaria, since it is a disease that is entirely preventable and treatable yet still kills over a million people each year. Also that Malaria advances 6 of 8 of the Millenium Development Goals and resources currently being put into Malaria treatment can be used for other disease that are not

Thank you for joining us in the fight against malaria! Malaria is one of the biggest global health problems of our time. More than one million children die of malaria ever year - 90 per cent of them in Africa.

Working with UNICEF Canada and Spread the Net, we can fundraise for the purchase of insecticide-treated bed nets to help protect vulnerable children.
