Ashley and I feel very lucky to have the love and support of our families and to be celebrating with so many of our friends and relatives from across the country. We're not in need of a lot of "things" - but we are also not yet at a point where we can afford to give generously to the charities that we would like to support. We thought we would take this opportunity where people are asking us what things we need/want and turn it into a way to generate funds for charity.

We researched a variety of charities in Canada and the President's Choice Children's Charity has one of the top ratings in terms of how well they manage their funds and ensuring that all donations go directly to those in need.

President’s Choice® Children’s Charity is committed to helping kids. Whether they are providing support to children with disabilities or ensuring hungry tummies are filled with nutritious food, they want to make sure kids have every opportunity to live to their full potential.

We're nomadic, so we wanted to pick a charity that can help people in any part of the country - and President's Choice does that! We've also sorely missed President's Choice products while living in the US for 3 years :)
