Hello. In 4 months I will be taking part in the first ever RBC Run for the Kids to support youth mental health services at Sunnybrook. I won't be running, but I will be walking 5K and would welcome anyone who would like to join me.

RBC Run for the Kids is part of a multi-year, philanthropic commitment to support community-based and hospital programs that reduce stigma, provide intervention and increase public awareness about children's mental health issues. Youth with mental health disorders need our help and so do their families who often don't know where to turn for information. The innovative Family Navigation Project will pair families with "navigators" (experts who will lead them through the complexities of the health care system).
