Almost 14 years ago, our Lord blessed us with a beautiful son. Fernando is far more than what we ever could imagine. The joy and happiness he brings to our lives as well as those who know him is priceless.


Fernando was diagnosed with Progeria at the age of 2. Fernando has been fortunate enough to lead a relatively healthy and happier life thanks to love, support, and generous contributions of people like you have made.

Today, we come before you once again, and ask that you continue making finding a cure for those (88) other children who, like Fernando, battle the effects of Progeria every day - all around the world.

Progeria is a rare, fatal disease of accelerated aging in children, who die of heart disease at an average age of 13 years. Your support is needed now more than ever - We have identified 89 children with Progeria worldwide and we’re working hard to find the other kids out there. We’ve doubled our research budget to bring in more high-level experts and get more studies going. And we are planning the biggest, most expensive clinical drug trial yet.
