Once again this year, I'm participating in the BMO Hockey Heroes Weekend in support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick.

As many of you know this organization is very special to me and my family as we lost my father at a very young age due to cardiac complications for which today, 30 years later, would've meant an up and down trip to St John and a rehabilitation period.
