My Message
Hi Friends and Family,

I hope you will support me on a new adventure in support of arthritis research. You all know how much I love doing yoga and I know it has helped me manage the little annoyances I suffer due to arthritis. Many of you getting this email, suffer more and some have experienced joint replacements and you all continue to enjoy your life to the max despite the aches and pains.

Research is so important: any progress in dealing with arthritis will benefit us, our kids and grand kids. I want to be sailing in my 90's.

The picture is my Mom, at 91 out riding a Harley with a grandson.

Power of Movement is the largest yoga fundraiser in the world in support of arthritis research! I’m only one of thousands of people across Canada who will try to make a difference through this yoga challenge.
