Six years ago I lost my father - my mentor, my hero, my protector and my friend. I miss my father more and more each day and the pain of his loss does not get easier with time. Three of my four children never had the privilege or honour of knowing their Zaidie Phil and this is so heartbreaking. My dad was a well respected man by all those who knew him and loved him. I hope that you will support us in his memory and in honour of the man that he was. I don't want anyone else to ever lose someone they love to this horrible disease.
