As many of you know, this is an organization that is extremely dear to me. I volunteer and run the program at Vine Street Elementary School in Hollywood, and Wilshire Crest Elementary in Mid-Wilshire, where we change the lives of children, many of whom are underprivileged.

As the year comes to an end, if you are looking for somewhere to make a tax deductible donation, I ask that you consider The Young Storytellers Foundation. The financial climate is undoubtedly
stressful for us all right now, which leaves non-profits scrambling
more than ever.

Lack of funding means arts programs are the first to go in city's
public schools. It is through art and self expression programs that
students often first discover that school may be worth their efforts
at all.
