Dear friends,

Next weekend I'm doing a 10 km run with a group from the Amnesty's national office, both to raise awareness of the human rights abuses of the Chinese government and to raise money for the work of Amnesty International.

The build up to the summer Olympics is a unique moment in history for the Chinese people to have their voices heard, and Amnesty is calling on the Chinese authorities to create a lasting and positive legacy for human rights. Your contribution makes a difference.
